Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Each item is inspected and securely repacked at our fulfillment center before being handed to the carrier.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, and you can follow its journey in real time under Account > Orders.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: 10-20 business days — FREE on qualifying orders.

Express Shipping: 5-10 business days — rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Duties & Taxes Included

All prices on our store include shipping and applicable import duties — including EU VAT for orders shipped to the European Union. Unlike many international stores, you will never be surprised by customs fees or brokerage charges on delivery — what you pay at checkout is the final price.
