What Data We Collect

Account data: your first name, last name, email address, and optionally your phone number, if you create an account.

Order data: your shipping address, the items you purchase, order totals, and payment metadata returned by our payment providers (such as a transaction reference). Full card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Technical data: your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, collected in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

AI assistant conversations: messages you exchange with our AI shopping assistant, kept only to maintain conversation context.

Performance of a contract: processing your orders, delivering purchases, and providing customer support.

International Transfers

Our store is operated from China and some providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (or an adequacy decision, where one applies) to ensure your data is protected to GDPR standards.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Order and accounting records: up to 10 years, as required by tax and accounting law. These records are kept in a minimized form after account deletion.

Account data: until you delete your account. You can delete it yourself from your profile page, or by emailing us.

AI assistant conversations: automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Analytics data (if you consent): retained per Google Analytics 4 settings, with IP addresses never stored in full.

Server logs: up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccuracies, erase your data, restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time.

You can export your data and delete your account yourself from your account profile page, or by emailing [email protected].

If you believe we mishandle your data, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

Security

We use TLS encryption for all connections, restrict access to personal data to the minimum needed to operate the store, and monitor our systems for unauthorized access.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and material changes will be announced on this page.
